If not already installed, please install the Citrix Web app from the HIT Appstore.
Please make sure you also have the Citrix Workspace App installed.
*on iPads-- You must disable "Fullscreen window" in the Workspace app -- select 3 dots in the top right corner --Settings--Advanced--turn off "Fullscreen Window"
