In our view all Epic RC reporting requests should be routed to Brian Costello's team (RC analytics team), and then they would route things back to RC application teams as needed (e.g. reporting workbench and simple dashboard requests). We need to have a conversation with Brian to make sure he's ok with this. There is an existing process PB uses that includes a team of 6+ analysts who work for UPG who help triage requests, and that process should continue. Note: PB reporting requests go through existing "Planning and Analysis" team member / RAPTR approach
