Webex lets you access presence, instant messaging (IM), voice, video, voice messaging, desktop sharing, and conferencing. It is integrated with Outlook so that you can schedule meetings from within Outlook.
To request a Webex account, go to the HIT On-line Access Form on the HIT web site. Note: A license is only needed to schedule and host meetings; meeting participants do not require a license.
