- Generally, your manager will have requested Epic access for you prior to you starting in your position (always with a new employee).
- If you have changed positions and have a template that does not allow you access to all the tools you need to complete your job, please call the Epic Help Desk (924-5334). If they are unable to assist you, they will contact the access team and ask them to work with you to find the correct template. Remember that additional training may be required if you move to a new area within the Health System (especially if you move from inpatient to ambulatory or ambulatory to inpatient).
