I Can Log In to Epic, but I Can't See Everything I Need to See

  • Check your login department. The tools and activities you have are often tied to the department you log into.
  • Has your access template been changed recently? (due to a new role, moved to a new department, etc.) If so, it is possible you are on an incorrect template or, perhaps, the new area does not allow the same access you had in your old position.
