Owners of respective catalog items should target a minimum score of 4 to ensure no unclear items or end-user "dead ends" are encountered. The following areas are counted towards the score - columns are hi-lited with grey background (maximum score is 5):

  • item summary provided
  • item description (content) provided
  • service request URL provided AND/OR contact email provided
  • owner name provided
  • point of contact information provided

The table below provides a quick glimpse of each content item field areas and identifies which content sections are provided or missing. The title is a direct link to the respective content item for editing.
