Assist customers with IP address assignment, port activations and connectivity testing.

The Lab Systems Engineering department is available to assist customers with IP address assignment, port activations and connectivity testing.

The levels of support include both logistical and technical services:

Logistics Support:
Identifying the relevant network information and submitting the necessary paperwork for IP assignments, jack activations, and/or vendor remote connectivity.

Technical Support:
Perform basic serial and/or network connectivity troubleshooting and engaging the HIT Networking group, as needed.
