Mobile Device Installation, configuration, and support

HIT supports configuration and installation of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.

Both iOS and Android operating systems are supported.   HIT supports a number of apps for connectivity to Health System IT, such as email, VPN, and Epic.  Service is provided for both personal and shared devices. HIT does not support wireless carrier and mobile device hardware --- please contact your service provider as needed for these issues.

In order to access Health System data on your iPhone or Android device, you need to complete a Mobile Device Agreement form, and then install a management tool called Mobile Iron.   Instructions for installing Mobile Iron will be sent to you once the form has been submitted, but they are also available below.
