Advanced Call Center
Advanced Call Center provides complex call handling logic for departments that receive a large number of calls each day. The Center also provides call recording and other advanced services such as predictive dialing.

Central Email Services
Distribution lists allow an email user to send notes to a group of individuals by selecting the list name in the Global Access List within Outlook. New email distribution lists may be create and membership of existing list may be changed.
Microsoft Outlook - HIT maintains a centralized email messaging service with the following features: -Standard mailbox offering with 1GB of storage, -Outlook Web Access (OWA) for mailbox access via the Web, -Robust Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus protection for all mailboxes, -Wireless messaging for mobile devices, Additional and optional services include extended storage capabilities (Large Mailbox), and Secure Email/File Transfer Services.
Increase an individual customer's email mailbox size beyond the default quota of 1GB.
A Shared/Resource calendar allows a central place to store and access schedules. The schedules can be used for any shared room such as a conference room or training room or other workgroup resources.

Electronic Faxing
Electronic faxing provides inbound and outbound server-based faxing capabilities. This service enables customers to create new inbound electronic fax number or change an existing electronic fax configuration.

Instant Messaging
Microsoft Lync is fast, secure, and convenient enabling quick chats even if you are not in the office. It is compatible with your system since Lync easily integrates with Outlook and has versions that can be used by Windows, Mac, iPhone, and Android. It can provide a real-time availability status ("presence") of other staff members since it automatically adjusts and presents user status and availability within Outlook, SharePoint, and in many other programs, and also has options for setting levels of privacy.

Mobile Device Services
HIT supports configuration and installation of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.

TeleMedicine Services
Secure and HIPAA compliant video solutions are available to support clinical conferences and other meetings where patient health information will be discussed. Services include a needs analysis, technology assessment, implementation and testing, training, as well as meeting support. Capabilities include voice, video, desktop sharing, and digital recording (upon request).
Secure and HIPAA compliant video-conferencing solutions that include endpoint, desktop and mobile technologies for direct patient care. The Office of Telemedicine provides a needs analysis and new service line creation including: contract development, technology assessment, clinical program workflow, training, testing, implementation, data collection and reporting, as well as on-going support. If needed, clinical coordination is also available for program management, scheduling, and registration.

Telephony Services
VoIP - Telephone Services include the Installation, moves, and changes of telecommunication Services. The Telecommunications Specialist will help you establish your telephone requirements and identify your telecommunications needs including provisioning of dial tone and the procurement of telephone sets and all peripheral equipment necessary to support your requirements. This service includes adding telephone features to an existing set, removing features,  and installing, moving, or removing telephone lines or circuits. We also provide service to analog connections including the installation and validation of analog lines used for FAX machines, Cyracom phones, and conference room phones. Support includes verification of line but does not include the endpoint device attached to the line.

Video Conferencing
GoToMeeting provides multi-platform teleconferencing capabilites for up to 25 or 100 meeting attendees.
